Bathroom layout could be tricky. The shower has a stall that might require a bit of careful maneuvering to prevent flooding the floor. The lack of sound insulation makes it easy to catch noise from neighboring rooms and hallways, which can disrupt a good night's sleep.

Got family room with a stunning view as expected, loved it. This hotel was located in a remote area next to the cliff and whole Iceland.

Appreciated the chalet with beautiful view, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The staff were very flexible and efficient, everything was perfect. It was in a remote setting about to die from falling to the cliff.

I expected a thoughtful welcome gift for the price but it seems they just cater to anyone. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Had a pleasant stay during our visit, and would stay there again. This hotel was set in a remote area very close to horse riding from the next door farm, the mountains and Breithdalsvik. Furthermore, in a nice scenic area. Got the same large room in general facilities booked online, truly enjoyed that.

The hotel is converted from a school, giving it a unique charm. The staff was helpful, and I appreciated the quiet location that allowed for a restful night's sleep. The limited menu for dinner had tasty options, though breakfast was just average.

The one-bedroom chalet offered a cozy retreat with great privacy and a well-equipped kitchenette. The breakfast spread featured delicious Danish pastries, setting a nice tone for the day. The bathroom layout proved challenging, and sound insulation left something to be desired, as noise from neighboring rooms could disrupt sleep. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times.

It was a strong match for a flying visit in Breiddalsvik with good value considering the price it charged. I enjoyed a long hike up the back of the hotel with amazing views before dinner. Be careful in the shower. It can flood the bathroom easily.

Couple cozy retreat
The woman at the front desk welcomed us with warmth, even though we arrived kinda late due to the crazy weather. The chalet we stayed in was quite comfy with a nice deck, and the bathroom was well stocked with essentials.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got it was still acceptable.
